He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Bolle Blake; his wife Nancy Robinson; his son-in-law James Blake; his grandchildren, Jeb, Caroline and Charlie John; his sister Judy Bolle McMillan; his nieces, Tracy Lydahl (Glenn) and Kim Sweat (Don); and his great-nephews, Kevin, Daniel Sweat and Gage Lydahl.
