She was predeceased by: her parents, John Luinstra and Ica Blanche Luinstra. She is survived by: her husband Mitchell W. Lively; her children, Lively, Jr. (Frieda) and Katherine Ann Benton (Don); her grandchildren, Angelique Lively (Ben), Mitchell W. Lively III (Shawna), Lacey Benton and Amber Billingsley (Dan); and her great grandchildren, Noah, Abigail Richardson, Titus, Elijah Billingsley and Ashtin Lively.
