He was predeceased by: his wife Patsy Forester; and his brother Charles L. Forrester. He is survived by: his sons-in-law, Viki Pierce, Cary Pierce of New Boston, Leslie Blankenship, Kenneth Blankenship of New Boston, Liz Reed and John Reed of Texarkana; his grandchildren, Erin Palmer, Kirk Palmer, Ethan Forrester and Patrick Pierce; and his great grandchild Easton Palmer. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
