It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Allen Franks of New Boston, Texas, who passed away on December 14, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Willie and Polly Estell Langford Franks; his wife Mary Pulce Franks; his daughter Janet Sue Franks; and his brother James Robert Franks (Betty Franks).

He is survived by: his siblings, Edith Chapman of Texarkana, Mary (Ed Hall), Georgia, Martha Franks of Flint, Karen (Miles Inman) and Harold Franks of Phoenix. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
