He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Howell and Ruthell Howell; and his wife Glenda. He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Howell (Stacey), Deborah Isip (René) and Carolyn Miller (David); and his grandchildren, Courtney Griffin (Jordan), Ryan Isip (Megan), Jason Merriman (Jennifer) and Bryce Miller. He is also survived by Nine Great-Grandchildren, One Great-Great-Grandchild.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Tapp Congregational Methodist Church (715 S McCoy Blvd, New Boston, TX 75570). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
To memorialize Wilbert, donations may be made to Tapp Methodist Church Building Fund or Watersprings Ranch (Texarkana, Arkansas).
