He is survived by: his wife Gwen Hines; his children, Wesley Hines and Amber Hines (Kevin Martin); his stepchildren, Sabrina Koczur, Lisa Myers and Jeff Smith; his grandchildren, Dalton Hines, Wesley Hines, Jr., Kylan Hines, Destiny Brooks, Clayton Brooks, Madison Myers, Evelyn Smith and Alex Smith; and his sisters, Mary Hines and Wanda Ellis. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
