She is survived by: her father Allen Rose; her stepmother Barbara Rose of Stephenville, Texas; her mother Judy Caples; her stepfather John Caples of Texarkana, Arkansas; her son Kial Surratt (Marissa Chapman); her siblings, Lynn Pierce of New Boston, Randy Hickson of Texarkana, Arkansas, Lynda Sullivan of Stephenville, Connie Cannon of Weatherford, Ann Underwood of Odessa and Marsha Chavez; and her grandchild Alena Surratt. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
