He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray Helen Cummings and Robinson; his son Robert Cummings Jr.; his sister Cheri Garrison; and his nephew Ryan Windham.
He is survived by: his daughter Marli Cummings; his stepson Christopher McCort; his grandsons, Ethan McCort and Nathan McCort; his siblings, Joni Windham and Daniel Cummings; and his former wife Jane Cummings.
