He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Edward Franklin and Mary Ellen Bostian Franklin; and his brother James Franklin. He is survived by: his children, Roy Fulfer (Erica) of Bessemer, Alabama and Tonya Smith (Lee) of Odessa, Texas; his sisters, Elaine Green of New Boston, Janice Franklin of New Boston, Reta Hanson (Charles) of Huntsville and Reva Madsen (Monte) of San Antonio, Texas; and his grandchildren, Tiffany and Michael. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
