We bid farewell to Karen Richey of New Boston, Texas, born in Naples, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 17, 2024 at the age of 70. Karen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hugh Ellis and Era Jane Wommack Ellis. She is survived by: her husband Tommy Richey of New Boston; her daughter Kiersten; her son-in-law Emil Rapstine of Dallas, Texas; her sons, Shane Richey of Springdale and Jon (Lindsey Richey); her sister Barbara; her brother-in-law Herschel White of Keller, Texas; and her grandchildren, Margot Rapstine, Ogden Rapstine, Murry Richey, Arlo Richey, Adeline Richey, Annabel Richey and Whitt Richey. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church New Boston Choir Fund or to Concord Cemetery Association.
