She was predeceased by : her parents, Curtis H. Starnes and Opal C Starnes; her husband John F. Hall; her brother Orville Buddy Starnes; her son-in-law Jimmy Griffin; and her granddaughter Morgan Seals.

She is survived by : her daughters, Connie Griffin of Simms, Christy (David Seals) and Kimberly (Damond Reed); her sister Regina (George Huggins); her grandchildren, Todd (Rachael Durham), Wade Griffin, Tanner Griffin, Allison Reed and Heath (Taylor Seals); and her great grandchildren, Libby, Trenton Bonner, Landon Durham, Cash Durham, Colton Durham and Kyler Griffin.

Visitation was held on Monday, June 24th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bates-Rolf Funeral Home (502 S McCoy Blvd, New Boston, TX 75570). A burial was held on Tuesday, June 25th 2024 at the Woodmen Cemetery.
