He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Jr. Fowler and Pat Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Beth Fowler of New Boston, Texas; his children, Becky Anthony (Manuel) of Chandler, Oklahoma and Scott Fowler (Darlene); his grandchildren, Amanda Sanders, Brad, Caitlin King, Mike Anthony, Rose and Lisa Anthony; and his siblings, Mary Ann Joyner of Omaha, Texas and Steve Fowler (Karen). He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
