She was predeceased by: her husband Reverend Frank Boutwell Jr.; her brother Trevor; her sister-in-law Mildred Forrester; her sister Barbara; her brothers-in-law, Raymond Hosey and Robert Harris; and her nephews, Billy Ray Hosey and Lee Forrester.
She is survived by: her children, Lin Boutwell (Mary) of Nacogdoches, Wesley Boutwell of Carrollton and Monica Hudson (Mike) of New Boston, Texas.; her grandchildren, Blake Boutwell, Brett Boutwell, Samantha Owen (Chris) and Hope Hudson; her great grandchildren, Finley Owen and Carter Owen; her sister-in-law Margaret Harris; and her nieces and nephews, Macky (Teresa Forrester), Glenda (Tommy Patterson), Kevin (Jane Forrester), Bobby (Winnie Harris) and Helen (Jerry Weygandt).
