He is survived by: his children, Louis Max Caddenhead and Amanda Jo Leaver (Wes Leaver); his grandchildren, Nicholas Max Caddenhead, Angel Rayne Menaugh, Gabriel Max Leaver and Nathaniel Leaver; his sister Bonnie Nowlin; his nieces, Rachel Caddenhead and Katie Bailey (Jason); his former wife Margaret Caddenhead; and his brother-in-law Jerry Moise. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
