She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Virgil and Lucille Amanda Poer of Simms, Texas.; her husbands, Thomas David Hawkins and Ansel "Buddy" Fox; and her daughter Sharon Elizabeth Hawkins Lamb.
She is survived by: her children, Clarence David Hawkins (Sharilynn Hawkins) of Lakeway and Laura Ann Spicer (Gary Spicer) of Ennis; her stepdaughters, Charlsey Gilbert of Garland and Connie Henderson of McKinney; and her grandchildren, Weston Lamb, Ryan Spicer, Amanda Westbrook, Taylor Hawkins, Nicholas Hawkins and Kyle Mikulenka. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Old Union Cemetery Association or First Baptist Church of New Boston.
