She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ammon and Lillie Mae Jones Black; her daughter Brenda Ann Wade; and her sisters, Mary Frances, Donna and Doris.
She is survived by: her husband Herbert W. Wade of New Boston, Texas; her daughters, Trish Carpenter of New Boston and Charlotte (Andy Carpenter); and her grandchildren, Bobby Carpenter (Destini), Jessica Carpenter and Alex Carpenter. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
