Beatrice left this world on November 30, 2024 at the age of 92, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Almer Robertson and Effie Cones Robertson; her husband Travis Hammonds; and her granddaughter Tracee Hammonds. She is survived by: her sons, Marshall (Benette Hammonds), James (Robin Hammonds), Mack (Becky Hammonds), Zack (Shelly Hammonds) and Lee (Karen Hammonds); and her brother Alfred Robertson of Monroe, Louisiana. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bates Family Funeral Home (601 E Front St, De Kalb, TX 75559). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
