He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Raymond and Mildred Nix Blalock; his sister Eva Jo; his brother-in-law Jerry Long; and his brother Ward "Bug" Blalock.
He is survived by: his wife Vivian Wood Blalock of New Boston, Texas; his daughters, Deanna "Sissy" (Ronnie Allen) and Judith "Judi" (Tony Walker); his sister-in-law Janet Blalock of Queen City, Texas; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Haywood (Ray), Bryan Allen, Joshua Garton-Walker (Katielyn), D'Edra Walker and Billy Walker. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
