He is survived by: his parents, Tony Kent Bills and Tanja Renee Hall; his grandparents, Jim and Margaret Hall; his sister Tara Bills-Tapp; his brother-in-law Matthew Tapp; his stepsiblings, Christine Smith, Autumn Duncan and Justin Duncan; his cousins, Dylan and Jacob Hall; and his nephews, Logan, Levi Tapp and Everett Smith. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.
