He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hoyle Love Moore of Roxton, Texas. and Theresa Elizabeth Phillips Moore of Roxton, Texas.; his wife Sylvia Moore; his daughters, Michelle Bardin (James) and Amy Moore (David Parker); his grandchildren, Eric Moore, Kirsten Moore (Zach Vaught) and Ashley Bardin; and his great grandchild Adalyn Vaught. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Lewy Body Dementia Association in Philip's name.
