He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Hill and Margie Wigley Hill; and his siblings, Terri and Jackie. He is survived by: his wife Karen Hill; his children, Dwayne, Tricia Hill, Glenn, Kristin Hill, Shelly Hill, Robert Stephens, Jacob Stephens, Stephanie and Chad Williams; and his siblings, Ricky, Kathy and Janie. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
