She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Griffin and Gladys Griffin; her husband Billy Farrell Buchanan; her son Mike Buchanan; and her brother Gerald Griffin.

She is survived by: her children, Bruce Buchanan of Josephine and Sheri Garcia (Ray) of Nevada; and her sister Peggy White (Robert) of Minden. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild along with many more relatives and friends.
