He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe L. Blagburn and Margaret Blagburn (Rohus); and his siblings, Etta Ruth Dunlap, Beulah Dunlap, Ray Blagburn, Jake Blagburn, Lazelle Blagburn and Kenneth Blagburn.
He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Burnett (Tim), Laura Dart (Don) and Renee Purcell (Ruben Jr.); his grandchildren, TJ Burnett, Trey Burnett, Tyler Burnett (Elizabeth), Aaron Dart, Devlin Dart, Kevin Purcell, Lerin Purcell and Cali Purcell; and his brother Eugene Blagburn. He is also survived by 6 Great Grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
