He is survived by: his wife Pam; his daughter Angela Hall (Ivan Collins); his sister Rhonda Oesch (Scott); his brother-in-law Gene Gallagher (Cynthia); his daughter-in-law Leah Green; his stepchildren, Nikki Mildren (Matt) and James Cory Fuxa; and his grandchildren, Arrow Collins, Zane, Kate Hall, Emma, Cole Fuxa, Claire and Matthew Mildren. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
