She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Bosak and Albina Ripple Bosak Kovar of Czech; her brothers, Leroy Bosak (Charlotte Bosak) and Ladis Charles Bosak (Darlene Blinka); and her caregiver Gloria Wood.
She is survived by: her friend Lydia Kovar (John Kovar); her daughter Karen Rust of San Marcos; her great grandchild Chelsee Rust Hamilton (Bryce); her son Everett; and her caregivers, Winnie, Debra, Tina, Nancy and Lorial. She is also survived by friends, including her church family.
