He was predeceased by: his wife Juanita Todd; his son Timothy Craig Todd; his son-in-law Constable A. J. Dorr; his parents, Edward Todd and Ima Todd (LeBleu); his brother EJ Todd; and his parents-in-law, Egon and Louise Roesler Reininger.

He is survived by: his daughter Sandra Todd Dorr of Needville; his daughter-in-law Shirley Todd Hlavaty of Needville; his sons, Mitchell Todd (Tracy) of Frisco and Cody (Wendy) of Damon; his grandchildren, Julie Todd Halbert (Randy), Michael Poe (Stephanie), Kellie Todd Nicely (Gary), Coleman Todd (Casey), Amanda Todd Raska (Chase), Mathew Todd (Amber), Sage Hlavaty (Lauren), Alexis Dorr Deremer (James), Parker Todd, Craig Todd (Lauren), Marshall Todd, Mason Todd and Jackson Todd; his great grandchildren, Jenna Crainer (Josh Thornhill), Reid Halbert (Katie), Grant Nicely, Kelton Poe, Cole Todd, Claire Todd, Keylan Poe, Cain Todd, Cash Raska, Rowan Todd, Emerson Raska and Summer Hlavaty; and his sister Mary Rose Zdunkewicz (Vic).

Due to the COVID-19 Circumstances, the family has decided to have a private burial with a celebration of life at later date.
