It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodney Edward Meraz of Needville, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on January 16, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Pena and Carmen Pena (Connie); and his brothers, James and Gerry Meraz. He is survived by: his sons, James, Gerry and Jody (Gwendolyn); his grandsons, Henry, Oliver and Noah; and his brother Ralph Meraz (Sonny) of Schulenburg. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
