She is survived by: her siblings, Catherine Uherek, Virginia Krejci (Bub), Floyd Vacek and Eugene Vacek (Barbara); her sisters-in-law, Doris Vacek, Clara Charanza and Mary Ann Hurta; her children, Kevin, Paul and Paulette; and her grandchildren, Dillon, Cullen, Chance and Colette.
