It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lavinna Essa of Needville, Texas, born in Ardmore, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 11, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Essa; her son Michael Aron McHale; and her siblings, Franklin Barnes, Gene Coley and Nona Lutes.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherrie McConnell (Perry), Lisa Breland, Sharla Cordova (Oscar) and Michelle Long. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
