It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Laverne (Buls) Otto of Needville, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on July 12, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Buls and Lucille Buls; and her husband Monroe Wilson Otto. She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Ford and Laurie Pollicoff (Jeffrey B. Pollicoff); her grandchildren, Russell Charles Ford (Natalie Mason Ford), Michael Scott Ford (Tiffany Stolarsky Ford) and Paige Leigh Pollicoff; and her great grandchildren, Emily Grace Ford, Logan Douglas Ford, Ryan Scott Ford, Sawyer Charles Ford, Brody Nathaniel Ford and Crew Russell Ford. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
