He was predeceased by: his parents, John Raymond Mullings and Maranda LeNora Collins Mullings; and his siblings, Paul Raymond Mullings, William, London Ray Mullings, Jerry Mac Author Mullings and Nora Ellen Mullings King.
He is survived by: his wife Lou Ann Mullings; his children, Casey Ray Mullings (Christy), Brooke Lea Schmidt (Glenn) and Brittany Ann Mullings; his siblings, Ed, Henry Mullings, Lilly Taylor and Betty Mullings; and his grandchildren, Jenna Renae Baird, Brady Ray Mullings, Rean Jean Mullings, Avery Miranda Schmidt, Grant Hampton Schmidt and Gregory Robert Schmidt. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
