He is survived by: his children, Tammy Hedt (JD Zela), Stacy Slawinski (Tamara) and Chad Slawinski (Angela); his brother Johnny Slawinski (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Tyler Hedt (Ashlee), Jared Hedt, Olivia, Lilly, Luke Slawinski, Seth and Allyson Slawinski; and his great grandchild Audrey Hedt. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
