He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Manning; his mother Pearline Brown; his daughter Suri Manning; and his siblings, Isaac Brown (Cynthia), George Edwards Manning, Herbert Hoover Brown, Jr., Ruthie Mae Grays and Alisha Brown. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces along with a host of other loving family members and friends.
