Georgia Sury Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2021, at the age of 103, Georgia Sury in Needville, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kovar and Mary Kovar; her husband Arnold; and her son-in-law John A. Nesvadba. She is survived by: her children, Jim Sury (Margaret), Robert Sury (Kathryn), Genevieve Batchelor (Jamie), Thomas Sury (Lynn), Kathy Fojtik (C. D.), Donald Sury (Patricia) and Jerome Sury (Joyce); and her grandchildren, Ann Bergen (Chris), Rodney Sury, Lori Richard (John), Craig Sury (Gwynne), Jacqueline Beane, Jennifer Wray, Dana Maresh (Derek), Gene Sury (Erica), Aaron Fojtik (Jennifer), Amy Slater, Michael Sury (Tammy), Chris Sury (Shelley), Jeremy Sury (Kori), Chad Sury (Stephanie) and Cheryl Wheeler. She is also survived by 33 great-grandchildren as well as many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Michael's Catholic Church.
