She was predeceased by: her father Joe Pyka; her husband Jerry Horak; her mother Rosie Pyka Genzer; and her sons-in-law, Alan Newell and Randal McGuire.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Newell, Vicki Fuchs (Bobby) and Terry McGuire; her grandchildren, Jeff, Amy Newell, Kyle Newell, Bryan Fuchs, Danny Spradlin, Patrick, Sidney Fuchs, Katie McGuire, Michael, Keely McGuire, Staci and Trey Wilson; and her great grandchildren, Skyler, Connor Newell, Stormy, Kirby Fuchs, Holli, Maci Wilson and Beckett McGuire.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to St. Jude or to St. Michael's Catholic Church.
