It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edgar Wendt (Needville, Texas), who passed away on September 16, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth; his parents, Edwin and Rosa; and his siblings, Rose Rabata and Ernest.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Wendt (Nancy) of Needville, Lana Hoepner (David) of Lavon and Wade Wendt (Shelley) of Needville; his great grandchildren, Gregory Hanson of Bryan and Rhys Hanson of Bryan; his daughter Peyton Gough of Needville; and his brothers, Delbert Wendt of Needville and Ralph Wendt (Joan) of Pleak. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Edgar Wendt went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 16, 2018, after a four year battle with Alzheimer's.
