She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Joseph Kovar and Magdolena "Maggie" Augustina Kostelnik Kovar; her brother Edward Martin Kovar; her husband Louis "Lou" William Fredrickson; her sons, William "Bill" and Gary "Ike" Fredrickson; her children-in-law, Lisa, Linda Sue Fredrickson, John Grey and Eddie Nelms; her grandchildren, Ross and Tad Fredrickson; and her great grandchild Aubrey Hardcastle (Daniel Psencik).
She is survived by: her children, Becky Grey, Renea Hackstedt (CE), Pam Lackey (Cecil), Jan Schneider (Mike), Cindy Pavlock, Carolyn Manville (Randall), Judy Johnson, Sharon "Sissie" Demel (Don) and Louis "Bo" Fredrickson; and her grandchildren, Rope (Jordan Fredrickson), Dudley, Debbie Fredrickson, Becky Fredrickson, Ike, Kim Fredrickson, Ginger, Forest Sims, Crystal, Daniel Fox, John, Laura Grey, Nicky, Todd Stavinoha, Brandi France, Madalene, Andy McRae, Kati, Jason Kocian, Rocky, Kristen Kramer, Lisa, Cory Kennedy, Joey Nelms, Steven Robertson, Helen Reyna, Amanda, James Gibson, Keith, Audra Schneider, Stephanie, James Spitdowski, Natalie, Ryan Oaks, Nick, Brandy Pavlock, Kathleen, Steven Dominguez, Melanie Manville, Grayson Miller, Monica, Travis Hanzik, Bobby, Megan Manville, Greg (Kaylee Mikolas), Thadeus, Chelsea Wilkerson, Meredith, Brett Hamm, Mackenzie, Juan "Tito" Murillo, Alli, Thomas Benson, Reagan Fredrickson and Dane Fredrickson. She is also survived by 11 children, 34 grandchildren, 61 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, the Fredrickson Family will gather for a private memorial service celebrating Dorothy's Life at a later date at Creekside Christian Fellowship Church in Needville.
