He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn Merritt Bell; his daughter Carolyn Sue Bell; and his sister Margaret Bell. He is survived by: his sons, Steve Bell (Donna) of Magnolia, TX and Paul Bell (Sherri) of Terrell, TX; his grandchildren, Bethany Bell, Melissa Campbell (Ryan), Jered Bell (Katie) and Cody Bell (Katy); his great grandchildren, Hallie, Jesse and Henry; and his siblings, Janita Kelly of Shreveport, LA and Robert Bell (Jean) of Fredericksburg, TX..
