She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Diaz and Rafialita Diaz; her husband Juan Jose Leal Sr.; her siblings, Erasmo Diaz, Jose Diaz Jr. and Elvira Garcia; and her grandsons, Carlos and Ricardo Gamino.
She is survived by: her children, John Leal Jr., Cesar Leal (Isabel), Gilbert Leal Sr. (Adela), Arthur Leal and Mary Lou Cruz (Robert); and her siblings, Lalo Diaz and Josephina Marcardo (Gustavo). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
