He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lee Smith and Ruth Balch Smith; and his siblings, Bobby Smith and Helen Harvey. He is survived by: his children, Robin Smith, Lisa Alvis (Greg), Jana Searcy (Bret), Angela Gollihare (Ricky) and Wayne Lee Smith, Jr. (Jennifer); and his brother Berle Smith (Rose). He is also survived by loving great-grandchildren.
