He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanche A. Coleman and Samuel L. Coverdale; and his siblings, Kathleen, Betty, Samuel and Richard.
He is survived by: his sister Alice Warmouth; and his son Mike Coverdale. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Oak Bluff Memorial Park (618 Block St, Port Neches, TX 77651).
