He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Davenport and Bella Mary Davenport. He is survived by: his wife Sherrol Davenport; his children, Robert O. Davenport, Deborah L. Berwick, Donna Davenport and Danette Davenport Mangioni; his grandchildren, Chanda Breaux, Averie Mangioni, Andrew Mangioni, Devin Detommaso and Alaina Del Rosa; his stepchildren, Dewayne P. Rachal, Kevin Lane Rachal and Mistie Dawn Rachal; and his former wife Barbara Ann Davenport. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Melancon Levingston Funeral Home (1605 Avenue H, Nederland, TX 77627). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
