He is survived by: his wife Wanda Mitchell; his children, Janet Mullican (Ray) of Brookeland, Texas and Don Mitchell of Kemah, Texas; his grandchildren, Miranda Bennett (Neill), David Mullican (Jeanne), Roxanne Courtney and Tyler (Jarrell) of Washington; his siblings, Pete Mitchell and Nancy Williams; and his caregivers, Sheca Zachary and Duchess Hooper.
