She is survived by: her husband Gerald Cook; her daughters, Yolanda Thibodeaux (Nathan) of Fannett, Regina Cook Daniels of Orangefield and Melanie Jenkins of Lewisville; her sisters, Patricia, Pam, Paulette, Phyllis and Penny Jo; her grandchildren, Ashley Mark (Diane), Kira St. Pierre (Jacoby), Rachael Gumber (Stephen), Camille Daniels, Callie Cornwell (Wayne), Matthew Thibodeaux (Alex), Shannon Jenkins and Louis Jenkins; and her great grandchildren, Lillie, Cole, Wyatt, Zadieblake, Aubryn, Bennett, Jarrett, Harper, Kora, Whitley and Hazel.
