He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Smith (Hatcher) and Romie Smith. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Louise Smith (Sanderson); and his siblings, Pauline Uloth of Dallas and Glen Smith (Jean) of Dallas, Texas.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
