She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Kelley; and her sister Joanna Tynes. She is survived by: her children, Kim Kelley of Houston, Scott Kelley (Lori) of Houston and Stacey Cole (Matt) of Nederland; her grandchildren, Tobey Hooks, Tyler Hooks, Blair Kelley and Erin Grace Kelley; her great grandchildren, Tate Hooks, Emma Hooks, Ella Hooks and Noah Hooks; her brother Samuel Wheeler Tobey, Jr.; and her wife Jeanette of Silsbee.
