She was predeceased by: her parents, Agnes Woitena and Paul Woitena; her husband Emil Joseph Grossman (Doc); her son Douglas Wayne; her grandsons, Darren Ross May and Micah Joseph Weber; and her son-in-law Dallas Joseph Broussard.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Dean Broussard, Valerie Jane May (Shelby), Pamela Ann Weber (Timothy) and Dennis Joseph Grossman (Linda Rodriguez); and her grandchildren, Melissa, Monica (David), Gary (Rebecca), Greg, Brian (Stefany), Gregory (Kristy), Colin (Jennifer), Bryce (Bethany), Douglas (Lila), Samantha (Cory), Kyle and Tabitha (Jaxon). She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren.
