He is survived by: his wife Cindy Jefferson; his children, Hollie Phillips (Nathan Phillips) and Micah Jefferson (Paulina Jefferson); his siblings, Jeff Walker (Pam Walker), Cathy Butler (Dan Butler), Shirley Smalling (Dickey Smalling) and Eddie Haylock; his grandchildren, Chesley Phillips, Drew Phillips, Omar Grynchajt, Seth Gomez, Mya Grynchajt, Morgan Jefferson and Charlotte Jefferson; and his friend Mike.
