He was predeceased by: his mother Alma Robbins (Province). He is survived by: his father Gifford Robbins; his wife Tommye Robbins of Nederland; his children, Michelle Grice-Robbins of Nederland and Cody Joe Robbins (Paige); his brothers, Fred Robbins (Cheryl) of Pennsylvania, Jim Robbins (Terry) of Mississippi and Tom Robbins (Eileen) of Virginia; and his sisters-in-law, Jody Robbins of Virginia, Joyce Robbins of Virginia and Karen Laird of Mississippi. He is also survived by seventeen nieces and nephews, and many special friends.

Parkinson's disease, dementia, and mini-strokes tested him physically and mentally.
