He was predeceased by: his parents, Maureen Lipscomb Watson and John "Pete" Watson; his aunt Carlene "Sis" Grisham; and his grandparents, Harrison and Della Neal.

He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ann LeBoeuf Watson of Nederland; his daughter Jeri Floyd; his son-in-law Jeff of Port Neches; his grandchildren, Dara Floyd of Houston and Chase Floyd of Port Neches; and his nephew Robert LeBoeuf.
